Mutton a’la Ponnuswamy

Ingredients
Mutton – 1 kg
onion – 2 medium cut to small pieces
Tomato – 1
Tumeric Powder – 2 pinch
Chilli Powder – 3 heaps tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tbsp
curry leaves – 5 sprigs
To Temper

This dish is particularly easy when u don’t have any special idea in mind and goes well as a starter as well as a side dish
Ingredients
Chicken – 1 kg (cut into bite size pieces)
