Crumbled Paneer Thokku

Puris were planned for dinner, but what about the accompaniment??!! Had some homemade paneer in the fridge. So crumbled that and the below picture came out :) )

Ingredients
Paneer – 200 gms (crumbled)
Onion – 2 medium size chopped finely
Tomato – 2 medium size chopped finely
Green Chillies – 2 slit in the middle
Ginger garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds -  1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander to garnish
Salt to taste
Oil

Method
Fry the crumbled paneer in little oil and keep it aside. Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter and then add the onions and fry till translucent. Mix in the ginger garlic paste followed by chilli and coriander powder and fry till the raw smell evades.

Add in the tomatoes and the green chillies with salt and fry till the tomatoes become soft and pulpy.

Add in the crumbled paneer and the garam masala and fry till the oil leave the sides of the kadai.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with hot puris
